Parkwood Homes
Founded in 1991 in Kentlands, Maryland, Parkwood Homes is a small, privately owned company with a history of experienced homebuilding. Each year, they limit the number of homes that are built, in an effort to maintain a high emphasis on quality and craftsmanship. As part of their mission statement, homes by Parkwood can only be found in New Urbanist communities.
Aside from Maryland, Parkwood Homes only has developments in Washington D.C. and Central Park. Their newest line of houses, the Georgetown Collection in Central Park, offers unique architecture and floor plans, inspired by America’s colonial heritage. These homes are located in the Central Park area and are priced in the mid $400’s.
