We have been tracking Central Park Denver real estate market trends since 2007, you will see from the graph below that Central Park was not impervious to the downturn of the economy. 2007 and 2008 were both stellar years for average home price appreciation but there was a huge dip in 2009 when home prices corrected due to the mortgage crisis. In 2010 we started to see the real estate market begin to improve in the Central Park Denver real estate market. The average home price began to rebound and has been improving year after year. The 2020 COVID crisis does not seem to have had an adverse effect on Central Park real estate values, as prices continue to climb.
