The Denver Mountain Parks system includes famous attractions like Red Rocks Amphitheater, Buffalo Bill’s grave, and Winter Park Ski Resort. Even if the excellent climbing, mountain biking, and hiking opportunities don’t entice you, there are other fun activities like viewing enormous herds of elk and buffalo in Genesee Park.
