Stapleton.”

Location, location, location: The old adage is true. Location matters. Just a 10 minute drive to
downtown Denver, Stapleton has easy access to I-70 and its connections to I-25 and I-225. There is
also an entrance to I-270 for travel to Boulder.

Grade A: Stapleton is home to some of the best schools in Denver and across the state. Residents
often comment that the public schools in Stapleton are on par with private schools – so Stapleton life
means a great education for your children without the high price tag.

The Great Outdoors: Open space and parks are at the heart of Stapleton life. Stapleton’s largest
park, Central Park, is also the third largest park in Denver. But that’s not all. There are 49 other
parks throughout Stapleton to choose from. There’s even a park just for Fido.

Put on Your Walkin’ Shoes: Walking is a big part of Stapleton life. Most of Stapleton’s amenities
can be reached on foot or by bike. You can also walk to Stapleton’s “A Line” station. Hop aboard and
you can head west to Union Station or east to Denver International Airport (DIA).

Fun for All: The Stapleton life includes great free community activities. Grab your blanket and picnic

Chingones is Troy Guard’s take on Mexican-style tapas. Guard also opened #Hashtag for breakfast
and brunch. Concourse Restaurant Moderne, by ChoLon Concepts, is known as one of Denver’s top
restaurants in Westword, 5280 and Zagat’s. Cativella is a wood-fired Italian eatery started by Elise
Wiggins from Panzano.

Shop ‘til You Drop: With boutiques and specialty shops located throughout Stapleton, you are
always sure to find that perfect something. There is also a conveniently located Home Depot, a
(soon to be) remodeled SuperTarget and other major retailers.

European Flavor: Combining dining, retail and more, The Stanley Marketplace has the feel of an
outdoor European market – indoors. Eat a Rosenberg’s bagel, hit the gym, get a haircut, buy fresh
flowers and unwind at Stanley Beer Hall. The Stanley brings a little bit of everything to Stapleton life.

That’s Entertainment: Stapleton life is never boring. The newly opened Punch Bowl Social at the
iconic air traffic control tower mixes bowling, karaoke, pool and more with great food and drink.
Übergrippen and Bladium will keep you active with indoor climbing and soccer, respectively. There is
also a movie theater and a GameWorks with laser tag and a 10,000 square foot arcade.

Dive In: Summer Stapleton life means relaxing by the pool. The community boasts six different
