Luxury Denver Condos: The Pinnacle

The Pinnacle DenverWant to talk luxury living?  Let’s talk about the Pinnacle building near downtown Denver.

The Pinnacle is a pair of residential high rises located at 2990 E. 17th Avenue, just south of City Park.  The towers stand at 27 and 22 stories and are accompanied by a 7-story private parking garage and a row of 22 two-story parkhomes.

The condominiums are one, two and three bedroom, starting in the high $200,000’s to low $300,000’s.  Think views, finishes and amenities!  Penthouses are also available in the two towers.  All of the different sized residences come with high ceilings and lots of natural light.  The materials used throughout are hardwood floors and natural stones.  Gas fireplaces give the residences that warm, cozy touch during our Colorado winters, and when you don’t want to venture out to one of the many surrounding restaurants, you can always cook in your gourmet kitchen.  All units have either a private balcony, a terrace or a rooftop deck.  Having an outdoor space in Colorado is key since we have over 300 days of sunshine.

The amenity list is almost too long for this blog.  Here are the highlights.  There is a door attendant to greet you and help with package delivery, full-time maintenance on staff and secure parking and car wash area.  There is also a fitness center with weights, cardio equipment, sauna, spa and gender specific locker rooms, an outdoor pool, a year-round hot tub and a garden terrace with fire-pit.  If you want to throw a party but don’t want to have it in your actual place, you can reserve the Owner’s Club Room, the Media Room or the Wine Tasting Room with private, individual wine storage.  To plan your personal or work get-together, you can use the full-service business center that the Pinnacle provides including computers and a fax and copy machine at your disposal.  Did I mention there’s a dry cleaner too?

Here are all the available properties in the Pinnacle.

Homes for sale at The PinnacleAnother very cool aspect of the Pinnacle in Denver is that they have furnished guest suites for friends and family when they come into town.  What a great convenience instead of having to host them 24/7 or find a hotel.  There are two suites available in the building for only $50 a night.  They can be reserved for up to three nights in a row, and they come equipped with a TV, DVD player and mini-refrigerator.  Talk about additional privacy!  The on-site management office can help with all of your guest needs.

Downtown condo sales, in general, are up over 20% in the last year.  Total dollar sales volume is close to $75 million, with the average price per square foot up to $388.  These numbers include both units sold by developers and resale condos.  This strong condo activity is just one of many reasons to consider buying a great place in the Pinnacle!
