Thrive Home Bulders"New Town Builders is now Thrive Home Builders"

One of our team's favorite builders in Stapleton is, and always has been, New Town Builders, which is now Thrive Home Builders.

For 24 years, New Town Builders has made a strong name for itself as an award-winning builder of energy efficient homes.  They have built more than 1,000 homes in several neighborhoods of Metro Denver.  You might ask, why change a name that everyone knows?  The company is locally owned, and according to CEO/founder Gene Myers, “The name Thrive Home Builders underscores our commitment to innovate the next frontier in home building We want to build well-crafted ‘healthy homes’ that promote our homeowners’ wellness. We’ve always been about staying ahead of trends, especially when they have a direct impact on our homeowners’ health and the environment.”  So you add that new platform and approach, on top of the already low energy use homes that New Town provides, using extra thick walls, solar panels, etc., and you now have Thrive.

A name change is actually not new for Thrive Home Builders, as Gene's first home building company was called Greentree Homes before New Town Builders.

The Neir Team are true Stapleton experts, as we all work in and live in Stapleton, but we can offer assistance with any of the areas mentioned above.  With regard to Stapleton, Thrive is still actively building Solaris homes and ZEN homes in the two most recent neighborhoods - Willow Park East and Wicker Park.  

Thrive's ZEN Collection in Stapleton just released the last block of homes in Wicker Park, and there is only one spec house left in Willow Park East.  All of the homes in Wicker Park have more flexibility with options.  The last house left in Willow Park East is at 9045 E. Prairie Meadow Drive and everything has already been selected for this home.  The total purchase price is $589,790.

The Wicker Park lots are below, and Thrive is hoping they will close around 3rd or 4th quarter of this year.

Thrive
's Solaris Collection in Stapleton is down to only three available lots in the Wicker Park neighborhood.  They are all at the dirt stage, and all can have finished basements.

Thrive Home Builders will be building north of 56th Avenue as well, in Beeler Park but those lots have yet to be released.
